上海新世界麗笙大酒店 (Radisson Blu Hotel Shanghai New World)

這是我第3次入住，特別感謝Oliver ，他幫我安排好好，當天生日還有意外驚喜，收到一個蛋糕😄，也給我景觀極好的房間及提前入住，當日還特別前來打招呼。前台的Janice 也很好有禮。灑店位置好好，附近多美食及迋街！每次同上海必撰！

這次入住時逢上海進博會期間，房間異常緊張，我的入住時間比較長，又是分開不同的訂單預訂的，前台的Riley非常耐心的幫我安排了房間，並且在入住期間不需要換房，在房間裡面還可以看到東方明珠電視塔。真是非常感謝🙏

酒店地理位置絕佳，處於市中心卻鬧中取靜，步行幾分鐘就能到地鐵站，周邊商場、餐廳一應俱全，出行和覓食都無比便利。辦理入住時，效率極高。Judy小姐姐人特別好，很貼心！服務是沒得挑，無論何時聯繫到工作人員，都能得到及時的迴應。

新世界麗笙酒店入住好評 今日因工作需求入住貴酒店，下午3點辦理入住後，發現分配的房間恰好處於停水狀態。因需緊急外出辦事，停水問題對行程造成不便，遂致電前台反饋情況。 前台負責人袁歡（英文名Oliver） 接到反饋後，迅速抵達房間溝通，不僅第一時間為我們調整了新的房間樓層，還考慮到我們的時間緊迫性，主動幫忙將行李搬至新房間，高效解決了核心問題。後續他通過視頻與我們確認房間狀態，細緻講解了各類設施的使用方法，還貼心贈送了歡迎水果，全程服務專業且周到。 此次入住體驗遠超預期，貴酒店應對客訴的響應速度與解決能力值得高度肯定，尤其感謝Oliver先生的高效服務與暖心細節，為本次工作出行增添了諸多便利。

酒店的位置堪稱上海灘最佳！步行街購物，標誌性景點都近在咫尺！房間都有無敵美景，性價比一流！酒店的門衞，保潔，前台所有人都非常盡職，標誌性人物是前台的Jackie小姐，細緻熱心很懂客戶，我們一家五口兩間客房續住5晚完全是她的推薦！再回上海再選麗笙！

非常滿意的一次入住，看了好多酒店選的麗笙，出乎意料的好，位置離人民廣場地鐵非常近，旁邊是新世界商場，第一百貨，去步行街走著穿過地下通道就是，離國際飯店100米左右，看了好多別的同檔次酒店説前台服務員態度傲慢，但是麗笙的前台太讚了，服務熱情有禮貌，去的晚，給升級了房型，非常感謝4號六點多前臺中間那個小夥子，給我們選了一個非常合適的房型，對著公園，果斷又續了一晚，前台小崔也很周到熱情，保潔人員打掃及時，很有禮貌，這個酒店管理還是很到位的，唯一不足是沒有像別的酒店每日水果，很多外國友人入住，45層旋轉餐廳可以去品嚐一下！這個酒店的前台讓我們對上海的酒店有了改觀，極力推薦，下次來上海還會選擇麗笙

酒店位置優越，比鄰人民公園，上蓋地鐵人民廣場站，去南京路步行街衹隔一條馬路，垂直向東就是外灘。旅遊出行各景點景區都十分方便。酒店硬件配套還是具備老牌酒店的品質，之前來上海就住過這家，沒想到這麼多年再住仍然覺得很滿意。特別是酒店的服務比很多新型酒店服務要更加專業周到細緻。前台的工作人員Jackie在幫忙辦理入住的時候特別關注了入住的需求，幫忙挑選了很好的房型，儘管入住當天江景房沒有了，特意安排了景觀也很好的高樓層房間，我和媽媽都十分滿意她的安排，Jackie小姐姐還特意為我們爭取了行政酒廊表演的入場券，非常周到和貼心。酒店早餐也很豐富，遇到的工作人員都很積極主動的為客人提供支持和幫助。酒店現在和新世界城商場相通，日常購物餐飲休閑都非常便利。非常喜歡這家酒店，軟件硬件都很到位。以後過來還會選擇這裡入住。分享兩張在房間照的日出，真的很美。推薦推薦！

처음에 예약한 방 뷰와 층이 마음에 들지 않아 말씀드렸더니 친절하게 상황설명 해 주시고 알아봐주시고 객실 업그레이드도 해 주셨습니다. 총지배인 PAUL님 너무 감사드려요! 당신의 배려와 친절함 덕분에 호텔의 이미지가 더 좋게 남았네요^^ 5박6일동안 모든 직원들이 친절하게 미소 지으며 인사를 건넸고 조식도 맛있었고 화장실 수압도 좋았어요... 그리고 위치가 정말정말 최고였습니다. 가성비 좋은 5성급 호텔을 찾으신다면 여기가 아닐까 싶네요^^ 다음 상해여행때도 재방문 하겠습니다.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely outstanding a perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and truly personal service. The room was beautifully designed, spacious, and spotless, with every detail thoughtfully prepared to ensure complete comfort. Everything felt intentional from the soft bed and soothing lighting to the fragrance and elegant décor. It’s clear that the hotel takes great pride in creating an atmosphere that feels both premium and warm. The Executive Lounge was a true highlight. Calm, elegant, and filled with high-quality food and drinks throughout the day. Spending our evenings there, overlooking the stunning city skyline with a glass of wine or coffee, was an unforgettable experience. Breakfast was simply exceptional a rich selection of fresh, delicious dishes, beautifully presented and constantly replenished. From made-to-order eggs to fresh pastries, fruits, cheeses, and juices every item was top quality. The staff made sure each morning started in the best way possible. But what truly made our stay special was the human touch. We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to William and Judy, two incredible team members who went above and beyond for us. William, whom we met every evening, was always professional, kind, and genuinely caring. He made sure everything was perfect for us and always checked that we were comfortable and happy. His positive attitude and attentiveness made every encounter a pleasure. Judy, who greeted us every morning, was equally amazing warm, attentive, and full of energy. She personally ensured we had everything we needed and that our mornings started with a smile. Both William and Judy even shared their personal contact numbers with us, offering help at any time, which is rare and deeply appreciated. It was touching to see how much they cared about our well-being and enjoyment. We always looked forward to seeing Judy in the mornings and William in the evenings they truly made us feel at home. The hotel’s location is perfect central, convenient, and surrounded by the vibrant heart of Shanghai. We will definitely return and recommend Radisson Blu Shanghai New World to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming stay.
